Summer Shrimp Cocktail

 

Ingredients:

2 lbs. cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails removed and chopped

2 avocados, peeled, pitted and cubed

3 roma tomatoes, chopped

1/2 red onion, chopped

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 12 oz. bottle cocktail sauce

1 cup Clamato juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

few shakes Tabasco sauce

2 limes, juiced

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients together. Divide into 8 small portions and serve in individual bowls. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
